I have to stop posting at night. I'm fnding that my depression peaks just before bed. My Darling heads off aound 9 and I have the next three hours to myself which would not be a bad thing if I could focus somewhat and do something but instead I putter around with housework watch the tube (OK flip channels) and basically be bored. The boredom leads directly to depression (Do not pass GO, do not collect $200).

I have been tagged so I will attempt to work on that this evening and if that isn't ready for post I will abstain from posting no matter how I feel.

If this is perfection God save me from Chaos!!
