Finding nothing
Casting upon waters
Watching the bottles float away,
Never to return.
Rejected for what?
No answer.

All those years
Building ability
Learning new skills
Now too old, expensive, flaky?
Many questions
Please tell me why
No answer.

And so I sit
Writing my covers
Begging for chances
Waiting for someone to want me
Losing my worth
Why not me?
No answer.
