OK I over reacted this morning. I have watched animal planet and I am by no means comparable to the horrible pet owners I have seen featured there. My Kittoons have a house and home, food and water, and daily attentions (mostly) I am simply feeling the stress of all the days piling up on me. Good or bad they still weigh on me.

At the advice of a good friend I will seek a stress reducer (although my inability to submit to physical contact with people gets in the way of any enjoyment of a professional massage). Instead I am thinking that a good run in the rain may be just what the doctor ordered (had to postpone the shrink�s appointment due to tomorrow�s celebration so I am just guessing here).

No matter, I will be alright, no self destructing here.
